This is my final post for 2014.
“They do not put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined, But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved” (Matthew 9:17).
We are about to welcome in another new year-2015. Let it truly be a new year. The apostle Paul explained it this way: Forgetting those things which are behind I press toward the mark of the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Therefore, let me encourage you not carry old attitudes such as hatred, unforgiveness, hatred, arrogance, and selfishness into 2015. Make up in your mind and in your heart that you will be more Christ like in the coming year.
Are you holding any grudges against anyone? If so, go to them and make it right before the clock strikes midnight tonight. Don’t carry that grudge or those grudges into 2015, because I promise you that you will be miserable and unhappy the entire year.
Remember the scripture: If anyone be in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away and all things have become new.
You can start over again. Allow yourself to become a brand new person in 2015.
Have a blessed, fulfilling and God-filled new year.
