Why? Because they are human, and very changeable. A spouse can wake up one morning and tell their partner that they have found someone else, and don’t want to be married anymore.
In other cases, they may not have found anyone else, but the husband or wife may simply decide that they don’t want to be married anymore – that they just don’t love their wife or husband any longer.
When one partner in a marriage relationship begins to distance himself or herself from the other, there is, more often than not, something very wrong.
My advice is to never trust anyone including your husband or your wife, completely, but trust everyone in degrees. The more that that person earns your trust, your trust in that person can increase.
There have been numerous cases where people have been married for 20 or 30 years, then one day the husband or wife decides that they have fallen out of love, that they no longer love their partner, the one whom they have been with for so many years.
The husband or wife is devastated and doesn’t know where to turn or what to do.
This dramatically illustrates that one must only trust in God. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
GOD DOES NOT CHANGE! PEOPLE CHANGE!
